(a) Overtime shall be computed by multiplying one and one-half times the hourly rate of pay for any time worked in excess of the regularly scheduled work week. The work week will be determined by the Administrator. All overtime shall be worked at the discretion of the Administrator. All salaried employees do not qualify for the overtime pay.
(b) All full time hourly Police Officers and part time Special Police Officers will receive a minimum of two hours pay for each court appearance in a court of law outside the Municipality. Such court appearance must be approved by the Chief of Police in advance and the officer must complete the prescribed court appearance form to be reimbursed for such time. Compensation shall be calculated at the officers current rate.
