(a) Full time Municipal employees shall receive Major Medical insurance coverage. To qualify for such coverage, employees must have worked at least an average of forty (40) hours a week for a period of not les than sixty (60) days.

(b) (1) There is hereby provided to specific part-time employees of the Village which are scheduled on a regular basis to work at a minimum of twenty-four hours per week for fifty weeks throughout a twelve month period partial Village benefits limited to participation in the Village’s self insured health benefit program.
(2) Partial benefits shall be limited to participation in the Village basic health insurance program and shall not include dental and optical supplements, sick pay, holiday pay, paid vacation and other benefits paid to regular full time employees of the Village.
(3) Said part-time employees shall be employed with the Village at least ninety days prior to being eligible to receive said partial benefits.
