Full time Municipal employees shall receive a ten thousand dollar ($10,000.00) life insurance policy, upon employment, as per agreement between the Municipality and the life insurance company of its choosing. Each employee who shall have worked for the Municipality for at least an average of forty (40) hours per week for a period not less than sixty (60) days, the premiums paid by the Municipality for the employee’s insurance shall be deemed additional compensation for his/her employment, and provided further that such premiums shall be paid directly to the life insurance company by the Municipality.
