141.02 FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE CONTRACTS.
   (a)   The Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the fire protection of property outside the Municipality.
 
   (b)   Fire protection contracts authorized by subsection (a) hereof, shall be approved by the Fire Chief and confirmed by Council.
