137.02 COPY FEES FOR RECORDS.

(b) Local facsimile transmission of a document: one dollar ($1.00) per page, size eight and one-half by eleven inches or fraction thereof; for long distance facsimile transmission of a document: two dollars ($2.00) per page, size eight and one-half by eleven inches or fraction thereof.

(c) For oversized copies larger than the size of eight and one-half by eleven inches: six cents (06¢) shall be collected for each page.

(d) Reproduction of other documents, such as photographs and video tapes, shall be charged as billed by the vendor providing the service to the Village.

(e) The fees provided for in this section shall be due upon the filing of the request for documents.
