1158.04 APPEALS/VARIANCES.

Appeals from any actions, decisions or rulings in the enforcement of this chapter or for a variance from the strict application of the specific requirements of this chapter may be made to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Requests for all appeals shall be made in writing in accordance with Chapter 1161.
