1340.99 PENALTY.

Whoever knowingly fails to comply with an Order issued pursuant to Section 1340.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense, and upon each subsequent offense such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
