(a) The Village Administrator, Zoning and Nuisance Inspector and/or the Chief of Police shall be responsible for the administration of this chapter, including coordination of all enforcement activities by other departments of the Village as authorized for Code Enforcement.
(b) Any officer or employee of any of the foregoing departments shall have authority to issue a Notice and Order as provided in Section 1340.06. Copies of all such Notices and Orders shall be forwarded to the Village Administrator or his designee.
