In accordance with Section 1137.06(b), in no district shall a fence, structure or planting be erected or maintained within thirty feet of a corner at a height between 2.4 and 10 feet above the curb or street grades of the intersecting streets in the area bounded by the street lines of such corner lots and a line joining points along such lines thirty feet from the point of the intersection.
