(a) No Satellite Dish Antenna shall be constructed in any front or side yard. All Earth Station Satellite Dish Antennas shall be constructed to the rear of a residence or main structure.
(b) No Satellite Dish Antenna, including its concrete slab or other structure, shall be constructed less than eight feet from any property line or easement.
(c) No Satellite Dish Antenna shall exceed a height of fifteen feet.
(d) The connection between the Satellite Dish Antenna and a receiver shall be placed at least four inches beneath the surface of the ground.
(e) The Satellite Dishes shall be designed to withstand a wind force of seventy-five miles per hour without the use of supporting guide wires.
(f) No Satellite Dish Antenna shall be constructed upon the roof of any building.
(g) All Satellite Dish Antennas shall be grounded.
