1327.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE; BOND; INSPECTION.
   (a)   No person shall move or remove any building over any public street or highway within the Municipality, unless a permit has been issued and bond posted in accordance with this chapter.
 
   (b)   When it is desired to move a building over the streets or highways within the Municipality, and before the moving of same shall be lawful, a permit shall be secured permitting the moving of such building from the Mayor.
 
   (c)   The fee for a permit to move a building under the provisions of this chapter shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Such permit fee shall be paid before the permit is issued.
 
   (d)   The applicant for a permit under this chapter shall, in addition to the permit fee as required by the preceding subsection, post and deposit with the Clerk a bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) conditioned upon the proper performance of such building moving.
 
   (e)   The bond required by the preceding subsection, shall not be released by the Clerk until he is notified that the Mayor is satisfied that no damages have occurred by reason of such moving, and that a satisfactory final inspection report has been made to Council.
