1150.02 PERMITTED USES; PERFORMANCE STANDARDS; AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   The permitted uses within a B-3 Retail Business District shall be the same as those principal permitted uses within a B-1 Retail Business District with the exception that the new B-3 District shall also permit residential uses as regulated in an R-3 Zoning District. All other performance standards, height restrictions, lot area frontage and yard requirements for the new B-3 Zoning District Classification shall remain the same as those of a B-1 Retail Business District.
