The following regulations and the regulations contained in Chapter 1137 shall apply in R-3 Multi-Family Residence Districts.
(a) Principal Permitted Uses.
(1) Multiple dwellings.
(2) Any use or structure permitted and as regulated in the R-2 District.
(3) Boarding or lodging houses.
(4) Hospitals and clinics for human care.
(b) Accessory Uses.
(1) Accessory uses and structures permitted and as regulated in the R-2 District.
(2) Other accessory uses and structures, not otherwise prohibited, customarily accessory and incidental to any permitted principal use.
(3) Storage garages, where a lot is occupied by a multiple dwelling, hospital or institutional building.
