(a) Any renter of the Community Building for public use where tickets are sold and alcoholic beverages are available, must get a State permit from the State Liquor Board in advance. Private parties will be allowed alcoholic beverages for personal consumption only.
(b) During any public event at the Community Building, all doors, north and south sides shall be kept unlocked. Keys to all locks should be furnished to the Police Department. Any renter should be informed that all doors be kept unlocked during activity and all locks should be keyed alike.
