(a) The Municipal Parks shall be open to the general public from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. each day.
(b) No person shall be in or upon the Municipal Parks after 11:00 p.m. each day or before 6:00 a.m. each day except for the attendance at or participation in any recognized organized events or programs which have been approved in advance by the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
