945.10 COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, thing, privilege, or service within the Parks without a permit from the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee or its designee.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
