945.09 CAMPS AND CAMPING.

(a) No person shall establish or maintain any camp or other temporary lodging or sleeping place within the Parks without a specific written permit from the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee or its designee.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
