945.07 ADVERTISING AND SIGNS.

(a) No person shall expose, distribute, or place any sign, advertisement, circular, notice, or statement or display any banner, emblem or design within the Parks without specific permission from the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee or its designee.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
