945.05 INDECENT CONDUCT AND EXPOSURE.

(a) No person shall appear in the Parks in a state of nudity or commit, perform, or engage in any lewd, lascivious, obscene or indecent act of behavior and no person shall make any indecent exposure of his/her person.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.
