(a) No person, except certified Peace Officers or other law enforcement personnel or its designated representatives, shall carry, be in possession of or use firearms of any description, air or gas guns, slingshots, or any missile throwing device within the Parks or possess in such Parks any firearms, fireworks, explosive substances or air or gas gun.
(b) No person shall possess an open container of, nor consume any alcoholic beverage in the Parks or on or in the Park property, parking lots or buildings at any time. The Community Building being exempt only during hours of operation within a permitted period of time as described therein on the face of the permit itself.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree.
