945.02 DEFACEMENT, DESTRUCTION, REMOVAL OR DISTURBANCE OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT AND NATURAL FEATURES.

(a) No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any part of the park or building, sign, equipment, or other property found therein, nor shall any tree, flower, shrub, or other vegetation or fruit or seed thereof, or rock or mineral be removed, injured, destroyed, or disturbed.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
