(a) "Park" means any and all land owned or controlled by the Municipality of Minerva and used for recreation purposes under the jurisdiction of the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee.
(b) "Committee" means the Minerva Park, Recreation and Cemetery Committee or its designated representatives.
(c) "Persons" includes persons and corporations.
