925.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation which knowingly violates any provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs of continues.
