(a) The following charges are hereby established to hook-up to the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System.
A permit shall be issued by the Clerk of the Municipality for two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Upon payment of the two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) such payment shall cover the cost of the issuance of the permit and inspection fees.
(b) Hook-on charges and portions thereof not paid within six months of billing by the Municipality are hereby made liens upon the premises charged herewith and shall be certified to the Auditor of the appropriate county, who shall place the same on the tax duplicate with interest and penalties allowed by the law to be collected as other such items are collected.
