925.06 REVISIONS AND RATE INCREASES.

The Service Director should annually review the total system operating costs and the income from user charges, surcharges and any other source and report to Council his findings thereon, together with any recommendations he deems appropriate to adjust the user rates or other rates, charges or formulas hereunder in order to insure that sufficient revenue is generated to defray total wastewater system operating costs.
