901.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues and each excavation made in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
