The Law Director or his or her designee may institute appropriate legal action, either civil or criminal, as authorized herein, or as may be otherwise available and appropriate either at law or in equity, which may, in the judgment of the Law Director or his or her designee, be necessary for the enforcement of any order issued pursuant to this chapter. Any such suit or proceeding is to be brought in the name of the Village.
