The Village Administrator shall keep a complete record of all documents and proceedings under this chapter, including, without limitation, applications, reports, copies of permits issued, notices, correspondence, License Appeals Board proceedings, resolutions and orders, and petitions. All documents shall be endorsed by the Village Administrator with the date of filing.
