The Mayor, Councilmen, Administrator, Director of Finance, Utility Clerk, Tax Administrator and other such officials, employees or board or commission members as Council may require, shall give bond in such amount and with such surety as may be approved by Council, or be covered by the use of an employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy as authorized by Ohio Revised Code 3.061. The premium of such bonds or insurance policy shall be paid by the Municipality.
