711.10 DISCHARGE INTO SEWERS OR WATERCOURSES PROHIBITED.

No waste, sludge water or effluents of any type where an oil or gas well is being drilled or operated shall in any manner be emptied or drained in to any storm or sanitary sewer of the Municipality, or in any open watercourse.
