It shall be the duty of the applicant at the time of presenting the application to supply and attach to the application a map showing the exact location of the proposed well. Such map shall remain on file with the Clerk for future reference. The map shall be to scale and show the lot lines of all properties in the area unitized for the well and should show the location of buildings and structures in the unit, and the names of the owners of each property should be shown on the map within the drilling unit.
