(a) Display. The license required by this chapter must be either displayed or able to be exhibited upon the request of Municipal officials.
(b) Revocation. The license is revocable for any violation by the holder of any ordinance of the Municipality, State or Federal law, or misrepresentation made in application for the license, or whenever the holder is found guilty, in the judgment of Municipal officials, of fraud, misrepresentation or deceit.
