(a) Minerva Village residents may call the Village office and ask to be placed on a No-Knock Registry. The No Knock Registry shall be furnished to all door-to-door vendors, solicitors and peddlers as outlined in this Chapter 707.
(b) Solicitation for the sale of goods, wares, merchandise or services of any kind shall be permissible between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except that no solicitation shall be allowed on Holidays recognized by the Village of Minerva.
(c) After being furnished the No Knock Registry, no door-to-door salesman, solicitor or peddle shall call upon, knock at the door of or ring the doorbell of any resident on the No Knock Registry, or an resident displaying signage indicating no soliciting.
