707.07 TRANSIENT DEALER PERMITS.

In addition to complying with the Zoning Ordinance, all transient dealers shall comply with all additional permit procedures outlined in the Chapter 707, along with holding a valid Ohio Vendor's License. All such permits shall be signed by the Administrator before issuance. Permits to transient dealers shall be valid for three days.
