707.06 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCE.

All transient dealers as defined herein desiring to set up temporary locations for the purpose of selling goods, wares, merchandise, or services of any type shall be compelled to abide by all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, governing the area in which they (transient dealer) desire to temporarily set up. No permit will be issued to any transient dealer who cannot comply with the Zoning Ordinance.
