Every holder of an identification card, when engaged in soliciting orders for, or selling goods, wares, merchandise or services upon any lot or land in this Municipality shall, upon the request of any owner or occupant of such lot or land, exhibit for examination his identification card issued pursuant to the provisions hereof.
