705.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the court shall order the surrender to the Municipality by the defendant of all permits held under this chapter.
