(a) No person shall be permitted to operate, play or use any game or device or coin actuated device for gambling purposes.
(b) If any game or device or coin actuated device licensed under this chapter is operated contrary to the provisions of this section, it and all other machines or devices displayed shall be subject to seizure by any law enforcement officer of this Municipality. Upon conviction, the permit of the offending holder shall be subject to revocation by the Municipality.
