703.03 PERMIT FEE FOR PINBALL MACHINES.

Every person operating a business or a firm, partnership, corporation, club, society, fraternal organization, lodge or association located in the Municipality to whom a permit is granted, shall pay to the Municipality an annual permit fee of forty dollars ($40.00) each for every video game or other similar or related device displayed in such premises.
