As used in this chapter, "pinball machine or other similar or related device" means any device operated by hand or foot, putting into operation or motion a ball or mechanism where figures, numbers or letters change on each pull or push of a handle, knob, arm, plunger or button, and used for the entertainment of the public by depositing a coin therein or by paying a specific charge to play such game.
