SECTION 8.05 Conduct of Elections.

Regular and special municipal elections shall be conducted by the Board of Elections of Stark County, even though we are located in three (3) counties, under the provisions of this Charter. Where the Charter does not make provisions, the Laws of the State of Ohio or amendments thereto, shall govern the nomination and election of elective offices of the Municipality.
