§ 1721.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than $500. In the event of such conviction, such house trailer or mobile home shall also be subject to removal by the municipality at the expense of the owner thereof.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provisions of §§ 1721.01 to 1721.05 and who refused to comply with any lawful order of the municipality demanding compliance with the terms of these sections shall be subject to a fine of $50 for each day of such noncompliance.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 1721.06 shall be fined not more than $100. Each violation of § 1721.06 which continues shall constitute a separate offense.
