§ 1721.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

MINIMUM LOT AREA. Any area of land upon which one mobile home is located for the purpose of being occupied as a home and a permanent residence.

MOBILE HOME, MANUFACTURED HOME. A structure that is constructed or designed so as to permit occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes when attached to the required utilities, and constructed to the Federal Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards and rules and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
