Upon approval of the application for license, as hereinbefore stated, the Village Clerk shall issue credentials to the applicant and each of his agents and employees,which credentials shall be issued over the name of the Village Clerk, and to which shall be appended a photograph of the applicant or its employees and agents. Such credentials must be displayed by the licensee, his agents and employees, upon request of any householder within this village.
