§ 111.15 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor or transient merchant to sell, solicit or distribute goods, wares or merchandise from place to place, from house to house or from door to door in the village, without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions hereof.
