(A) Any person not holding a building permit shall not store any materials on any street, sidewalk or public place without a permit therefor from the village.
(B) The fee for such permit shall be $10.
(C) The permittee shall conform to the provisions of § 97.22 relating to builders occupying streets to the extent they are applicable, and to such other conditions as the village may impose when granting the permit.
