§ 51.42 CLASSES OF PERMITS; APPLICATION.
   (A)   There shall be two classes of building permits: for residential, wastewater service, and for commercial, institutional/government or industrial wastewater service. In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the village. (See Appendix A to this chapter.)
   (B)   The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the village. A permit and inspection fee of $2,000 per unit for a residential or commercial building sewer permit shall be paid to the village at the time the application is filed. An industry, as a condition of permit authorization, must provide information describing its wastewater constituents, characteristics and type of activity.
   (C)   No building sewer permits shall be issued for service outside the corporate limits of the village.
   (D)   No private sewage collection systems linked to either public or private sewage treatment processes shall be allowed within the corporate limits of the village.
