§ 155.02 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, the terms have the meanings indicated, unless a different meaning is apparent from the context used:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither a variance, a sketch plan nor any other document that fails to describe with a reasonable certainty the type and intensity of use for a specified parcel of   constitute a site specific development plan.
   DEVELOPMENT VESTED RIGHT . A right pursuant to G.S. § 160D-108 to undertake and complete the development and use of under the terms and conditions of an approved .
