§ 153.119 PLAT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
    No zoning permit or building permit   be issued for any construction on any proposed shown on a development plan until a has been approved and recorded, except that a building permit be issued for one (1) structure on one (1) shown on any approved development plan prior to recordation of a . The Henderson County Permits and Inspections Department deny building permits for subdivision created in violation with the terms and conditions of this chapter.
