§ 153.083 FARMLAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM.
   If the proposed for lies within a half (½) mile of any land in a Farmland Preservation District, the must submit an affidavit (see Appendix 11) certifying that the is aware of existing Farmland Preservation Districts as identified on maps provided by the Henderson County office of the Natural Resource Conservation Service. In addition, a note on the   state that the lies within a half (½) mile of land in a Farmland Preservation District.
